Partner & Advertiser Terms

These terms govern your relationship with Vtag as a Reseller, Society Partner, Printer Partner, or Advertiser. They sit alongside our standard Terms of Service.

1. Resellers & bulk orders

Minimum first order: 50 units (resellers), 100 units (societies/fleets)
Commission: 35% on resellers (paid monthly via NEFT)
Wholesale price: ₹399/unit at 100+ qty (societies/fleets)
Payment terms: 100% advance, GST extra
Custom branding: available at 500+ units (₹15,000 setup fee)

2. Printer partners

Exclusive territory rights at the state level
Revenue share: 50/50 on units printed
QC compliance: 100% pass rate required (random audits)
Term: 3-year initial, renewable

3. Advertisers

Minimum spend: ₹50,000/month
Inventory: post-scan confirmation page only (no banner spam)
Targeting: geo + vehicle-class only (no PII)
Approval: every creative reviewed manually before going live
Prohibited categories: gambling, adult, predatory lending, political ads

4. Common terms

You agree not to misrepresent Vtag's product, leak our pricing internally, or use Vtag branding outside approved guidelines. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Outstanding payments cleared within 15 days of termination.
