7-day window

If your Vtag arrives damaged or you change your mind, return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Sticker must be unactivated.

Damaged in transit

Send us a photo on WhatsApp (+91 99665 96664). We ship a replacement same-day, no return needed.

Damaged after activation

Free replacement within the first year. Beyond that, ₹199 for a fresh sticker with the same code.

How to request

Email support@getvtag.com with order ID and reason. Refunds processed in 5–7 business days.
